How often do you make deliveries, and what are your delivery time windows?

What are your minimum order requirements and pricing structure?

Our minimum is just $150! Which averages out to about 5-6 cases.
For our pricing, instead of giving everyone a custom plan depending on their volume and what items they order-- we have a fair, competitive and standard pricing structure for everyone.

Can I come and pick up instead of delivery?

Of course! We have a warehouse in Salt Lake, so you can come during our business hours to pick up. You can either give us your order before and pick up or just come and we'll help you get the items you need

How do you ensure the freshness and quality of your produce?

Every day we go through our inventory to pick out the bad or old produce. Ensuring that only the fresh produce gets delivered to you.

How do you handle issues like damaged or incorrect orders?

If there is anything wrong or defective with your order, reach out to us or your rep and we will begin working on a solution. We will either swap the item, give you credit or send it out to you for free the next time we deliver.

When is your order cutoff time?

Order cutoff time 9AM that day. So for example, if you sent us your order at 7AM, we would have the order out to you later in the same day.

Can you accommodate special requests or bulk orders?

Yes we do! You can order half cases or by pound as well. For bulk orders, just notify us a couple days in advance.
